Temporal constraints are an important aspect for the modeling of processes. We analyze the expressiveness of different features for the representation of temporally constrained processes. In particular we are able to show that the provision of non-contingency for activities and of references to start events of activities are redundant. We provide transformations for mapping process models employing the richer sets of features to process models using a reduced set of features.
