This paper presents the quality requirements analysis ( QRA ) approach to requirements modeling. The QRA approach supports functional and non-functional requirements modeling in three dimensions: First, it extends functional goal modeling with non-functional goals. Second, it injects QR (quality requirement) specification into business process models. Third, it provides a set of rules for elaborating and refining QRs alongside functional decomposition of business processes.
